We create a detailed Game Design Document, outlining every aspect of the game, including character and level design, game mechanics, localization, porting, audio, navigation, story line, advertising and monetization, and risk factors. From this type of information, we plan the necessary resources and milestones to deliver a high quality product on time and within budget.
